Born in France to a French father and an English mother, Xavier is proudly bilingual and has a deep connection to the Aude region, where he grew up. After travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, he returned to southern France with an even greater appreciation for the exceptional lifestyle and opportunities that Occitanie has to offer.

Having lived in Toulouse and Bordeaux before returning to Narbonne, Xavier built valuable experience in property investment and launched his own property management business. This entrepreneurial background has given him an excellent understanding of the local property market, along with a genuine passion for helping people buy, sell and invest in property across the Aude and wider Occitanie region.

Following a chance meeting with Rebecca, Xavier joined the Occitanie Properties team, bringing his local knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism to every client. Friendly, approachable and committed to providing honest advice, he enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals while making the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Away from work, Xavier loves an active lifestyle, enjoys all kinds of sport and spends as much time as possible with his two children. When he gets the chance to slow down, you'll usually find him relaxing in the sunshine with a good book.
